Once you have logged into your Dashboard using your current password click on the (1) Signatory tab located under your name on the left hand side.  Then, click (2) My Account.

In the Credentials section on the left-hand side click the little box next to Authorization Code to change this field

If for some reason you lose or cannot remember your Authorization code, we can reset it for you so that you can generate another one.   

If you need your Authorization Code reset, please send a request via email to support@cryptocapital.co.

Reset will take place within two business days.
