In order to reset the 2FA on your account you will need access to your device.
Once you have logged into your Dashboard using your current password click on the (1) Signatory tab located under your name on the left hand side. Then, click (2) My Account.
In the Credentials section on the left-hand side click the little box next to Google Authenticator to change this field
If you do not have access to your device, please contact email@example.com with your request to change the 2FA.
2FA reset can take up to 1 business day.
