If your beneficiary did not receive the transfer, please fill out a Missing Credit Report:

1.    Go to your Crypto Capital dashboard and click ‘Payments’ (in the left column)

2.    Click on ‘Missing Credits’ (in the left column)

3.    To report a missing credit, select ‘Incoming Missing Credit’ or ‘Outgoing Missing Credit’ in the dropdown menu

4.    Fill in the required information. *Don’t forget to add a file for additional reference
