You may receive an "Insufficient Funds" Error because your transfer amount plus our transaction fees (or express fee) exceeded your total balance.
When you send an external transfer you must add our fee to the total amount you wish to transfer.

It is also important to check your "Pending Transfers," as transfers which have not been approved are 'on hold' which results in your Available Balance being less than your Balance.
